Technology will continue to advance at lightning speeds in 2023, and we believe artificial intelligence will become a central theme in businesses both big and small.   With the recent advancements in no-code AI and the user friendly drag and drop interfaces, organizations will now be able to utilize and harness the power of this once ultra-complex technology to enhance their products and services like never before.

We are starting to see the adoption of this technology in many markets including retail.   Some retailers have already started enabling AI algorithms to assist customers with purchases and making recommendations based on data analysis.

We believe that AI will be implemented and used to help enhance the customer service experiences which would include simplifying interactions and transactions with consumers.   Example of this trend would be artificial intelligence driven shopping and delivery services and AI driven inventory management systems for retailers.

A paradigm shift has begun, where AI technology is no longer what we only see in sci-fi movies, its becoming a real world reality and we need to start understanding it as society.  

We will need to get used to working alongside machines.
